Green Per Diem: Electronic Lists

with one comment

One of my favorite tools for productivity is the todo list. It’s a simple item. I love checking off finished projects and seeing all of my progress. Unfortunately, all of those pieces of paper can really start to add up. But – there’s a better way! Here are some of those ways:

Some cool sites to make eco-friendly-digital-lists are:

Listology : Listography provides users (listographers) of all ages an easy-to-use tool for creative list writing and sharing. Through list making, you can simultaneously create timelines and shape an autobiography. Therefore, your listography is a perpetual work in progress, a time capsule you can share, and perhaps a map of your life for friends and family. The book version of Listography contains fun illustrations and guided list prompts. Here’s an awesome list from an actual user.

37 Signals:  All of the 37signals products are really amazing, efficient, and easy to use. Currently, I use  Backpack as my to-do list maker. Not only does it do a great job of keeping track of your productivity, it also sends text reminders to your phone! So – every Tuesday, my phone lights up with a message about taking out the garbage and recycling at Sensible City. I’d be lost without it. AND the version I use is FREE!

Other popular list making services are:

Remember the Milk

And a list of 25 to do lists from SolutionWatch.

  1. I chose! I’m liking it hardcore. It’s very simple and easy to look at. I’m digging it’s format.
